In 1995, Sylvan Hills Lodge became one of the first partners with the City of Sherwood as a participant in the City's Adopt-A-Street program.  Lodge members met faithfully once a month on the first Saturday after the Stated meeting to pick up trash along Bear Paw Drive for 5 years.

After a brief hiatus in 2000, while the City reorganized the project, aligning with the non-profit, "Keep Sherwood Beautiful", the Lodge Brothers were back on the street. And we work bear Paw Drive from Highway 107 up to the Sylvan Hills High School stadium on the 2nd Thursday evening every month. We are proud to help keep this road used by thousands going to and from Sylvan Hills High School, and the Kevin McReyolds sports complex looking its best; helping our City put its "best foot forward".
